What we collect, and what we don’t.
This site runs one analytics cookie, used only to understand which pages get read. What you enter in a form is processed for one purpose: replying to you. Nothing is sold, rented or passed to a third party for their own use.
WHAT IS COLLECTED

DATA
PURPOSE AND RETENTION
Analytics
Aggregate page views and referrers, through a single first-party cookie. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, no profile building. Retained 14 months, then deleted.
Form submissions
Your name, email, company and — on the contact form — an indicative budget range, used only to reply and to prepare the call. Retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted.
Quick Scan answers
Your fifteen answers and the resulting score, used to generate your summary email and to improve the scoring model in aggregate. Individual answers are never published or shared. Retained 24 months.
COMPANY DATA
Audit material sits under NDA.
During a Maturity Report or a Digital Sales Audit you will share ad account access, analytics, CRM exports and sometimes call recordings. That material is processed under a mutual non-disclosure agreement, is never used to identify you in a published case, and is deleted at the end of the engagement on request — as a matter of course, not as a favor.
1Named cases need consentCase studies are published anonymized. A named case is published only with your written consent, and consent can be withdrawn.
2No secondary useYour data is not used to train models, build benchmarks that could identify you, or seed anyone else’s prospecting.
3Access is scopedWe ask for read-only access wherever the platform supports it, and for the minimum set of accounts the question actually requires.
4Deletion on requestWrite to hello@digitalcoach.net and the working material is deleted within thirty days, with confirmation.
YOUR RIGHTS
What you can ask for.
Under the GDPR and equivalent Turkish legislation (KVKK), you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Requests go to hello@digitalcoach.net and are answered within thirty days.

Processors · Website hosting, email delivery and analytics are provided by third-party services under data processing agreements. Current processors are named on request.
Transfers · Data may be processed in the EU and in Türkiye. No transfer is made to any jurisdiction without an appropriate safeguard in place.
