FLAGSHIP · 3–4 WEEKS · MEASURED WITH DOAS
An independent audit of the road from ad spend to revenue.
The Digital Sales Audit shows, with data, whether your marketing budget becomes revenue — and where it stops doing so. It measures every step from traffic to closed sale, finds the leaks, and delivers three to five prioritized actions with an owner and a KPI attached to each.
WHO IT’S FOR
Recurring spend, part of the close by phone.
Companies with 20–250 employees, a recurring digital ad budget, and a sales process where at least part of the close happens by phone or appointment. Priority sectors: healthcare and medical tourism, then food and retail. Remote delivery across Europe; on-site sessions where travel makes sense.
If it isn’t a fit, we say so.
No ad spend, or a sale that closes entirely in the field, means the audit arrives too early. You’ll hear that in the first ten minutes of the call, not after a proposal.

THE “NO DATA” PROTOCOL
No CRM doesn’t stop the audit. It changes the output.
Most mid-sized companies have gaps in tracking. When that’s the case, the audit first maps the measurement infrastructure itself: which data is missing, which setup is incomplete, which number is currently an estimate. The output becomes a measurement roadmap — and that is usually the first three actions anyway.
Out of scope
Implementation, content production, ad account management and technical setup are out of scope. Independence is the product: your team or your agency implements. Where we recommend an implementation partner, we disclose any commercial relationship in writing. We take no agency commissions.
FOUR COMMON OBJECTIONS
What we hear at the table.
Risk reversal
If you find the findings worthless before the presentation, the second installment is waived. This isn’t a promotion — we don’t ask to be paid at a table where the diagnosis didn’t work.
