Expansion Sprint

EXPANSION SPRINT · UPSELL · CROSS-SELL · REPEAT & RENEWAL · AUTOMATION

Your cheapest customer is the one who already trusts you.

Before you buy more traffic, we measure and recover the revenue your existing customers are leaving on the table. We map who should be offered what, when, and through which channel, then turn it into working automation flows and your sales team’s conversations.

IN SHORT

The Expansion Sprint grows revenue from customers you already have, before you buy more traffic. Digital Coach measures the revenue your existing customers leave on the table, maps who should be offered what, when and through which channel, and turns that map into working upsell, cross-sell and repeat-sale automation flows and sales-team conversations.

WHY NOW

Ad prices went up. What each customer is worth to you didn’t.

Acquiring a customer gets more expensive as auctions grow crowded and attribution gets harder. Yet most businesses still spend most of their budget chasing new customers, while existing customers get a newsletter.

  • You don’t know how many first-time buyers ever come back.
  • Product pairing knowledge lives in sales conversations, not your systems.
  • Your CRM and email tool have no triggered flows.
  • You notice customers going quiet after losing them.
  • Campaign revenue is reported without checking what would have happened without a discount.

THREE LAYERS

Strategy, flows and transformation. In one sprint.

Strategy: where will the money come from?

We segment your customer base, map transitions between products and build the offer map for upgrades, complementary products and renewals.

Flows: when, where and who says it?

We turn offers into triggered email, SMS, WhatsApp, ad-audience and sales-call scenarios. Automation and people work in the same flow.

Transformation: how does it stick?

We measure each flow against a control group, set up the KPI dashboard, assign owners and hand the system to your team.

6–8 WEEKS · FOUR STAGES

From diagnosis to a working system.

1 · Diagnosis · weeks 1–2

Review the data, build customer segments and estimate missed revenue. Diagnosis is also available on its own.

2 · Design · weeks 3–4

Write scenario cards, messages and sales call guides for 3–5 priority flows, with a control-group plan.

3 · Build · weeks 5–6

Launch flows in your existing tools and connect measurement. New software is not required by default.

4 · Measure & hand over · weeks 7–8

Read first results against the control group, refine flows and hand over a 90-day expansion calendar.

WHAT YOU GET

A system your team can run.

  • Customer base and missed-revenue report
  • Offer map: product transition matrix and package ladder
  • At least three live automation flows, plus scenario cards for the next ones
  • Sales and contact-center call guides
  • First control-group test and results note
  • KPI dashboard and flow ownership table
  • 90-day expansion calendar and handover session

MEASUREMENT

We don’t promise a percentage. We measure one.

In each flow, a small share of customers receives no message. We compare outcomes with this control group and focus on incremental gross profit. Repeat purchase, time to second order and average basket support the reading. Discount rate, returns, complaints and opt-outs protect it.

Delivery commitment: At least three flows live and at least one test measured against a control group by the end of the sprint.

ILLUSTRATIVE CASE · HYPOTHETICAL

A second-order bridge for a food business.

A mid-sized food manufacturer finds that few first-time online buyers order again. Diagnosis identifies a complementary second product. The team launches a second-order bridge and a complementary-product flow, holding out 10% of customers as a control group. After six weeks, it compares second-order rate, basket size and incremental gross profit without relying on discounts.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do we need new software?

Usually not. We use your existing CRM and messaging tools, and document any gap during diagnosis.

Do you build it, or do we?

We launch priority flows together and hand daily ownership to your team.

Is this an agency service?

We design and measure the system, and can work alongside your existing agency.

Won’t this overwhelm customers?

Every scenario has frequency caps, exclusion criteria and stop rules.

How is consent handled?

We review your existing permissions and communication setup during diagnosis before any flow goes live.

Do you guarantee results?

We commit to at least three live flows and one measured control-group test, not a revenue percentage.
