What we collect, and what we don’t.

Measurement and marketing cookies run only with your consent. What you enter in a form is processed for one purpose: replying to you. Nothing is sold, rented or passed to a third party for their own use.

COOKIES AND MEASUREMENT

Two kinds of cookies.

This site uses two kinds of cookies. Essential cookies run the site and need no consent. Measurement and marketing cookies run only with your consent; choose “Decline” on the banner and none of them load — the site works the same. You can change your choice any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

With consent, these run: Google Analytics 4 (which pages are read, at which step a scan is abandoned; IP addresses are truncated) · Microsoft Clarity (anonymous recording of on-page movement; form fields are masked) · Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag (to count what ads from those platforms lead to, and to reach site visitors again on the same platforms). These tools process data on their own servers; we link to each provider’s privacy policy.

QUICK SCAN AND FULL ASSESSMENT DATA

What your answers are kept for.

Your scan and assessment answers are stored with your email address to show you the result, produce the report and keep your report link working for 12 months. Answers may be used, aggregated and without company name, for sector comparison; write to us if you do not want this. To delete your answers and account, write to hello@digitalcoach.net; we delete within 10 working days. We don’t hold payment details; they are processed by the payment provider (Lemon Squeezy / iyzico).

COMPANY DATA

Audit material sits under NDA.

During an Advisor Reading or a Digital Sales Audit you will share ad account access, analytics, CRM exports and sometimes call recordings. That material is processed under a mutual non-disclosure agreement, is never used to identify you in a published case, and is deleted at the end of the engagement on request — as a matter of course, not as a favor.

1Named cases need consentCase studies are published anonymized. A named case is published only with your written consent, and consent can be withdrawn.
2No secondary useYour data is not used to train models, build benchmarks that could identify you, or seed anyone else’s prospecting.
3Access is scopedWe ask for read-only access wherever the platform supports it, and for the minimum set of accounts the question actually requires.
4Deletion on requestWrite to hello@digitalcoach.net and the working material is deleted within thirty days, with confirmation.
